Why VKontakte notifications do not come and how to fix it

Why VKontakte notifications do not come

There can be several reasons.

  1. Notifications are disabled in the VKontakte application settings. In this case, you need to go there and turn them on.
  2. Suspended notifications in the parameters of the system itself. You need to move the corresponding switch in the Android or iOS settings.
  3. Do not disturb mode is activated. It is enough to turn it off.
  4. The VKontakte notification system crashed. Treatment – restarting the smartphone and reinstalling the application.
  5. The background service “VKontakte” has been stopped by the MIUI energy saving system. You need to add it to the list of exclusions.
