Vanson Bourne conducted a study to find out how satisfied corporate users are with Apple computers. Compared to Windows and other operating systems, it turns out that working on a Mac has a very positive impact on productivity, creativity, and collaboration.
Vanson Bourne surveyed employees in areas such as IT, HR, Sales and Engineering. Most responded very flatteringly about the Mac:
- 97% of respondents have improved productivity;
- 95% have improved creative performance;
- 94% made it easier to work with technology;
- 91% improved the quality of collaboration.
79% of those surveyed said that they could not carry out their errands on anything other than a Mac. For 12 months, 70% of respondents encountered only two or less difficulties when working at a computer. The rest of the problems were related mostly to the operation of networks, and not to the device itself.
Vanson Bourne collected the results of the study in an e-book that can be downloaded for free.
